  5. The ProTA DEMO is identical to the commercial, release version with only one exception:  you cannot create new quote files.

  8. Installation

  11. If installation was successful, you will find a folder named "ProTA™" on your hard drive.  The ProTA™ folder contains the ProTA DEMO application and four sub-folders that contain quote files, example charts, etc.

  13. ••• NOTE:  Before running ProTA DEMO 1.03, we recommend a brief read of the "Welcome to ProTA" document, which is located in the "ProTA Support Files" folder.

  16. System Requirements

  19. Mac:  Any color capable Macintosh with System 7.xx.

  21. RAM:  ProTA runs optimally with 2 meg of RAM allocated to it.

  23. Monitor:  A color monitor is recommended.

  25. Hard Drive:  Program installation requires about 1.5 meg of hard drive space.  Additional quote files will require additional space:  approximately 10K per ticker, per year of Daily data.
